•Determining the mix design of the existing Terrazzo floor through a sampling process•Patching any holes or wide cracks to match existing floor•Regrinding the existing Terrazzo floor to remove any build-up of excess waxes and sealers, plus a thin layer of the Terrazzo itself, thereby exposing a “new” Terrazzo floor•Grouting the Terrazzo floor to fill any hairline cracks or voids•Removing the grout and polishing the floor to the agreed-upon finish (typically 200 grit, but may be higher depending on the desired level of sheen)•Sealing the Terrazzo floor to protect it from stains and provide additional slip resistance
